Biography

I was raised and live in Broadalbin, since elementary school.  After school I worked construction for 10 years, from poured foundations and framing houses to general construction and commercial roofing. I traveled from Pittsburgh to Long Island to Connecticut and all across NY for work.  I graduated from Mildred Elley in 2002 with an Associates Degree in Business Management. After my degree I held an office job as a Sr. Credentialing Representative for 4 years working with doctors and hospitals. Until the company I was working for sold out to a Florida based company

Areas of Expertise

I am specializing in the areas of Broadalbin, Perth, Galway, Mayfield, Northville, Wells, Speculator, Lake Pleasant, and Indian Lake. I travel through all these areas on a consistent and weekly basis with my hobbies.  I enjoy the area so much I decided to make it my work area also. 

Why I Love the Adirondacks

For the access of the mountains and the lakes, I am an avid kayak fisherman and ice fisherman as well as a hiker when time permits.  With over 3 million acres of public land, in the Adirondacks, it could take a lifetime to see it all. This is a place you can feel far away from any civilization and cities, yet only be a few hour drive from NYC.

The more you know the better, If you like an area, investigate it with the help of a real estate agent.  He/she will have a lot of area and community knowledge. Or if you are just looking to see where your house would fall in the market, or to scan the property listing to see if anything peeks your interest, a real estate agent can help. In many cases a real estate agent will become just one of your many friends throughout the community.
